Day 1

The transport will be arranged at 2.30 pm from Srinagar to reach Sonamarg

Day 2

Sonamarg 7,780 ft to Nachnai 11,838 ft (9km, 6hrs)

Day 3

Nachani 11,838 to Vishnusar 12,011 ft (12km, 7hr)

Day 4

Vishnusar 12,011 ft to Gadsar via Gadsar pass 13,850 ft (13km, 8hr)

Day 5

Gadsar 12,011 ft to Satsar 12,100 ft (8km, 4hr)

Day 6

Satsar 12,100 ft to Gangabal 11,651 ft (9km, 6hr)

Day 7

BUFFER DAY

Day 8

Gangabal 11,500 ft to Naranag 7,450 ft and drive back to Srinagar (11km, 6hr)

  • Note: If the buffer day is used or because of bad weather, you have to pay us Rs. 1,500 per day. The money will be collected only if we use the buffer day.

How to reach

Rail Head

If you're coming by train,there are two railway stations,
- Jammu railway station is about 260 Km away and takes around 8 hours by bus.
-Udhampur is 200Km away and from there it's a 6 hours bus journey to Srinagar.

Airport

If you're planning to fly to Srinagar which is well connected to all major airports in India,you can reach TRC in 35 minutes via taxi.

Trek essentials

  • Down jacket or any zero degree equivalent

  • 2 pair of thermals

  • 3 quick dry t shirts full sleeves

  • 2 quick dry ( Polyester) pants

  • Wool cap and wool socks ( 1 pair)

  • 4-5 cotton socks

    Cancellation Policy

    • Before 45 days of trip, there will be 10% cancellation charge.

    • Before 30 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 25% cancellation charge.

    • Before 15 days and within 29 days of arrival ,there will be 50% cancellation charge.

    • Within 14 days of trip there will be 100% cancellation charges.
